PROJECT DESCRIPTION

IAP Design Build was selected for the design and construction of the 5th floor office renovation at the John Peck Federal Building. This renovation project included partial and selective demolition, removal of old flooring, abatement of hazardous materials, repaired and upgraded electrical, and miscellaneous repairs and upgrades. IAP Design Build, LLC also coordinated all works and installations with the Government to ensure all work was completed on schedule and within budget.
