PROJECT DESCRIPTION

IAP Design Build designed and fully renovated the existing office space and mezzanine of the aircraft hangar building #722. In addition to the interior renovation, the project called for the repair of the building envelope and roofing system in order to obtain a waterproof and air tight facility. Therefore, the exterior walls were stripped, sealed, and rebuilt. Upon repairing the exterior walls, mold was uncovered and required mitigation.
